WCD encourages individuals interested in learning about critical dietetics and connecting with dietitians from around the world to become a member.
Membership categories and annual dues:
- Student/Unwaged/Underemployed/Retired: $20.00
- Regular Member (without Institutional Support): $50.00
- Regular Member (with Institutional Support): $100.00
Additionally, individuals who are interested are encouraged to make a donation to the journal or a WCD scholarship.
As a member you will:
- Have access to our webinars, including those from the International Committee which has hosted three this past year.
- Support the free access Journal of Critical Dietetics, including Special Editions (next to address queer critical analysis of Nutrition and Dietetics).
- Have priority notice of call for abstracts and information about our yearly WCD Conference.
- Be able to support and participate in any of our current Committees and provide suggestions for future projects.
To become a member, please complete the membership application form and provide payment via one of the following methods. Donations and payments can be processed via PayPal (link also available at paypal.me/wcriticaldietetics).
Alternatively, for those with a Canadian bank account who prefer Interact e-Transfer®, you may send payments to [email protected] (Banking Institution: Toronto Dominion Bank).
